We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Front Desk Concierge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Front Desk Concierge at ALTAFIT, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

Uphold the core values, standards and operations created for ALTAFIT.
Greet members entering the facility.
Manage the process of signing up new members .
Ensure every athlete has an active membership & signed waiver .
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by performing hourly facility walk-throughs.
Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
Aid other departments with other related tasks.
Answering phones in a courteous and efficient manner.
Conducting tours for prospective members.

REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Must be willing to make cold calls and perform membership sales.
Extremely personable and outgoing.
Ability to manage a busy CRM.
Extremely organized and motivated.
Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
Proactive, Organize and pay attention to details.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to solve client issues in a friendly and timely fashion.
At least two years of customer service experience.
High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.
